The Flower Shop of Lake Charles

I’m in Dallas and wanted to send my sympathy and love to a friend who lost her husband. I wasn’t sure about flowers because sometimes they don’t show up the way the pictures look. I reached out to The Flower shop and they were so kind and understanding. They made sure I saw the bouquet before it left for delivery. I can’t give you enough praise for your Amazing customer service. Your bouquets are beautiful and definitely worth more than 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you caring.

I absolutely love this flower shop in Lake Charles! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—it truly feels like you’re stepping into something special. The flowers are always fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, making every purchase feel like a luxury experience. What really sets this place apart is the incredible customer service. Kaila and Austin go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. They take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for and always add a thoughtful, personal touch that makes each arrangement unique. You can truly tell they care about both their customers and their craft. If you’re looking for stunning, fresh flowers and a team that treats you like more than just a customer, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! — Minister Kae Hawkins Hawkins Strategy Group

My boyfriend ordered the Garden Party Wrapped Bouquet for me as a surprise. While the colors of the bouquet are pretty, I was disappointed when I compared what I received to the photo shown on the website. The bouquet advertised online looks much fuller and includes large hydrangeas as a main feature, but the bouquet I received had only a very small hydrangea cluster and looked noticeably smaller overall. Because of that, it didn’t really match the presentation shown in the listing. Some of the flowers also looked a bit wilted and some stems appeared bent, which made the bouquet look less fresh than expected. Considering the bouquet cost $99 (over $130 with delivery, tax, and tip), I expected it to be fresher and closer to the product photo. The bouquet still had nice colors and was a thoughtful gift, but the size, freshness, and overall appearance did not fully match the expectations set by the website.
